You retain ownership of your content but grant Riseslive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for platform operation and promotion.

Payments are processed by third-party providers or app stores. Riseslive is not responsible for failures, delays, or security issues related to third-party systems.

• Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or unauthorized transactions, subject to Riseslive’s review and approval.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Riseslive does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service and shall not be liable for interruptions caused by:
