• Any inappropriate content involving minors

2. User Behavior

Users must:

• Treat others with respect
• Avoid harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior
• Not exploit, threaten, or coerce others

3. Live Streaming Rules

• Maintain appropriate dress and behavior
• No vulgar or explicit conduct
• No promotion of illegal activities
• No dangerous or harmful actions

4. Platform Integrity

Users must not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation
• Create fake or multiple accounts for manipulation
• Engage in self-gifting or artificial engagement
• Conduct unauthorized off-platform transactions

5. Privacy & Safety

Users must not:

• Share personal data without consent
• Engage in doxing, stalking, or harassment
• Record or distribute private content without permission

6. Monetization Abuse

Strictly prohibited:

• Fake engagement to generate earnings
• Fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse
• Manipulation of gifts, coins, or income systems

Violations may result in earnings confiscation.

7. Enforcement & Penalties

Violations may result in:

• Warning
• Content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account ban
• Monetization restriction or revocation

Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate permanent ban without prior warning.

8. Reporting System

Users can report violations through in-app features. Riseslive reserves the right to review and take action at its sole discretion.
